You can also return things you bought online to the store. Purchases made in a store must be returned to the store. Follow these steps to make a return at a store.
First, use the store finder or a search engine to find the Old Navy location that is closest or most convenient for you. Find the customer service desk or a cash register when you get there. If you can’t find either, ask a staff member who is close by.
When you get to the customer service desk or the cash register, tell an Old Navy employee that you want to return an item or items. Also, say if you want to exchange or return the item.
